Our level of arrears is extremely low for the industry and that is testament to the efforts we put in at the outset to get the right tenants for our properties. We won’t simply take the first tenant that comes along, unless of course they come across as being a suitable tenant and are capable of passing every check we undertake, which is not restricted to the usual credit checks and landlord/employer references.
