This very well presented, large town house is located within the characterful old quarter of this charming hill top town or ‘pueblo blanco’
Set within the charming narrow winding streets, not far from the ancient Moorish castillo and the church, the property overlooks surrounding rooftops and has fabulous open views towards the sea, from the living room, dining room and it’s very impressive roof terrace.
The accommodation is spacious and offers great flexibility being arranged as a main 3 bedroom home and self contained 2 bedroom ground floor apartment, therefore offering excellent potential to generate rental income from either holiday or long term letting. Equally, it would be perfect for a family, dependent relative or friends.
In recent years, the owners have installed a new fitted kitchen to the main house, new interior wooden doors, new bathroom suites and re tiled floors. The electricity system has been upgraded too, and there is the huge advantage of fibre optic high speed internet having been connected.
The main house comprises; ground floor private entrance to spacious entrance hall, study/additional bedroom, access to garage/store room which offers potential for incorporating into the adjoining apartment to extend the accommodation. Off of here is an extra bathroom / wc. On the first floor is a hallway, spacious lounge with glazed doors to balcony and wonderful open views over the town towards the sea.
Sliding doors from the lounge open to a generous sized dining room, again with lovely views. Also on this floor are; a spacious modern fitted kitchen, a shower room / wc and three double bedrooms.
On the top floor of this property is a most impressive full roof terrace from where superb panoramic views over the old town , the sea, down the coast eastwards and to the mountain ranges inland, can be enjoyed.
The apartment on the ground floor has it’s own entrance door and hall, living room/kitchen, shower room / wc and two bedrooms. This to be sold fully equipped and furnished.“
