I have been in the property industry since the early 1990’s in Torbay, initially as an estate agent before becoming a mortgage broker in the early 2000’s. I decided to open my own agency in Bedford back in 2006 which until the crash of 2007/8 was focussed on sales. We then quickly expanded into the lettings market and grew the business to managing over 250 properties within a couple of years before I decided to move back to South Devon and sold that business to my business partner. As one of the founding directors of Absolute in 2010, in the past decade I have overseen it’s growth from a single office with 2 staff members to a team of 30+ across 5 offices with additional departments such as block management.

I have the pleasure of working with my entire family in the business and the fact there are 5 of us still working in it day to day really helps to keep the family feel of Absolute despite our ever growing numbers and reach.
