In order to report a maintenance issue:
- Go to either the app store or Google Play
- Download the 'Street.co.uk' app to your phone
- Follow the instructions to login
- Report your maintenance
You can also use this app to keep track of all of your tenancy details and you will receive live updates from us on how the maintenance issue is progressing. You can also upload any images or videos you think may be useful to diagnose the problem.
If you call in you will be asked to report any maintenance now or in the future in this way so please do take a moment to download the app.
