I must admit, I had a bit of trepidation when it comes to estate agents, but Nicola was really understanding and fair. They sold my house almost instantly, it then fell through which they then sourced another buyer from up country within a week.

We have been dealing with Absolute for our house purchase, having relocated from 300+ miles away. It's fair to say that the whole process has proved more challenging than we expected, but throughout the entire time Absolute have gone above and beyond to ensure we were kept updated and so we felt we had some control over our circumstances. Having just completed a property purchase through Absolute estate agents in Torquay, I felt compelled to write a review on the fantastic service that we received, from the initial viewing through to completion. We were initially shown around the property by Ellie who was very polite and informative. The sale was dealt with by Tina who was honestly fantastic, in so much as she made sure that everything went as smoothly as possible and any questions or concerns we had were dealt with in a timely and professional manner. Nothing was too much trouble and I was impressed by her efficiency throughout the process. I cannot recommend this agent enough !!!
